Uses of Information:

• MyArabicKaraoke.com does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
• We use information about you to fulfill your requests, administer various programs, provide services, and for other business purposes.
• Your personal information may be shared with current or future MyArabicKaraoke.com entities or subsidiaries.

All prices on the website are given in $USD (US dollars). We do not provide pricing in any other currency.

As an online store, our main communication method with customers is online. Be sure to use a valid email address that you check frequently.

Please enter your shipping information carefully. You will receive a PayPal money request for the purchase amount.  Payment must be completed immediately or the order will be automatically canceled.
Your billing address must match the shipping address.

All orders process automatically and usually ship within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times begin when the order is actually shipped.
Shipping Methods Available:

• Ground - FedEx (2-8 business days*, insured, traceable, customs clearance, door-to-door service)
• Expedited Priority - FedEx (2-6 business days*, insured, traceable, customs clearance, door-to-door service)
• Expedited Express - FedEx (1-4 business days*, insured, traceable, customs clearance, door-to-door service)
*Does not include weekends/holidays or time spent in customs. Due to international shipping and customs conditions, there may be other unexpected delays. Please check with your local postal/customs office for further information.
As required by law, all shipments will include a customs form detailing the items ordered along with the value of the items (even if the order is marked as a Gift), excluding the shipping charge. Import duty or tax required by the destination country, if any, is the responsibility of the customer. As each country has their own laws, customers should check with their local customs office to determine customs and duty requirements.
Please note that business days are Monday-Friday only, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Opened products cannot be returned. Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days. Shipping charges are not refundable. There is a 10% restocking fee for all returned products.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES MUST BE PRE-AUTHORIZED PRIOR TO RETURN. Please email us for authorization and be sure to include your name, complete address, and reason for return or exchange. You will receive automatic return authorization, including full instructions, within 1-2 business days.
